Shipping policy

Minimum order size

All orders over $100 will ship for free with FedEx ground shipping. Orders below $100 will not be processed. Taxes, shipping surcharges and other costs are not applied toward the minimum order size threshold.

There is a shipping surcharge of $15 for orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Tracking Your Package

When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can use to track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from My Account.

Delivery mode & Expected delivery date

All orders will ship with FedEx Ground shipping. Please allow 3-4 business days for you order to be processed, in addition to 3-5 business days for shipping.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

• Credit card payment issue
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock in your region’s warehouse. We will contact you if this happens.
• FedEx circumstances (severe weather, holidays, driver error, etc.)

If you do not receive back tracking information within four business days, please reach out to YumEarth and we will provide an update.

PO Box & International Shipments

Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses.
